Shipping Policy

Office2Site is pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $197. for shipping on orders under $197 there is a $10 delivery charge at checkout.

Orders are delivered via Australia post eparcel within Australia only.

Office2Site will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered within 5 to 10 business days from dispatch confirmation to the address specified during the purchase process. for WA, far north QLD, NT, and remote country areas please allow an extra 2-3 days for delivery.

During sale periods we will do everything we can to dispatch your order, however orders may be delayed due to very high volume of orders. we apologise in advance for any inconvenience.

Upon successful completion of your order, we will provide you with a confirmation email containing details to track your order. if you are not at the delivery address to receive your parcel, Australia post will leave a card notifying you of the attempted delivery and will provide you with details on how to collect your parcel.

Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be shipped within the next 2 business days.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. if you are not there to sign for your order, Australia post will leave a notice for collection card with details on how to collect your delivery.

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. however, we will not be liable for non-delivery or misdelivery as a result of incorrect data entry.

We accept orders to p.o box addresses.

Office2Site ships items to addresses within Australia only.

 

Using Australia Post mypost safe drop service  You agree that :

You are aware of the risk of utilising the service and agree that other delivery options were available to you at the time of order.

Australia Post will not obtain or require your signature on delivery of your parcel, and that it may leave parcels at your delivery address, either in the delivery location requested by you or some other safe location selected at Australia Post’s sole discretion, without obtaining a signature from any person; and, if your parcel is delivered in the manner described in paragraph above, the parcel will be deemed to have been delivered at the time the parcel is scanned as delivered and left at the delivery address.

  1. where it is left at the delivery address in any location as requested pursuant to this Service;

  2. where it is left at a delivery address in a manner that is inconsistent with the delivery instructions specified in the request for the Service; or

  3. where it is not left at the delivery address, and requires collection from a Post Office; except to the extent that such loss or damage as a direct result of our fraud or wilful misconduct.

 

Changing or cancelling your order

At Office2Site we strive to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, we cannot change or stop an order once placed as processing begins immediately

Return & Exchange Policy

We seek the complete satisfaction of our customers. in the event that you find your purchase unsuitable, we are pleased to offer you a full refund on your online order under the following conditions:

  • purchases must be returned within 21 days of placing your order

  • merchandise must be in unused, unworn condition with all original labels, product swing tags and packaging attached

  • customised items cannot be returned

 

If the returned merchandise does not meet the criteria above, the refund will be declined and the products will be returned to you.

if you wish to return your online order, simply follow the instructions below:

  1. fill in your details on the returns form and the postage label will be emailed to you

  2. attach the label and return the item(s) to us in the same condition it was received and if possible with all packaging

  3. once we receive your returned goods, we'll send you an email informing they have arrived safely. our returns team will then inspect all returns within 2 business days to ensure they are in an undamaged condition

  4. our returns team will then pass on details for all customer refunds to be processed, minus any shipping costs, as soon as possible, however, please allow an extra 2-10 days for the refund to appear on your account to allow for bank processing

 

Online orders cannot be exchanged via our free return service.

Purchases cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
